Orders & Shipping
Can I edit my order?
Please contact us at hello@pointofmeasure.com as soon as possible to request any changes to your order. We will try our best to accommodate requests before the order is in transit. If the order is already in transit we will not be able to edit order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $175 are eligible for free standard shipping for destinations within the US.
Orders under $175 will be charged a flat $8 shipping fee.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will ship the next business day. For orders placed with express shipping, if placed before 10am PST it will ship out same day.
Standard Shipping :
- Arrives 2-5 business days once shipped.
- Cost $8 if under $175. Free if order is over $175 before taxes.
Express Shipping :
- Arrives in 1-2 business days once order is shipped.
- Cost $20
Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. We plan to expand North America distribution in the near future, stay tuned!
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time.
My package was lost or stolen, what do I do?
If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you with your claim. While we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package, we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Please note, an $8 flat fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Requests for refund of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Do you offer free returns?
A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping. The fee will be waived for returns for exchanges and store credits.
How do I start my Return / Exchange?
Returns:
- Sign in to your account using the email address you used to place your order.
- You'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email — enter it to access your account.
- From there, go to your order history, open the order you'd like to return, and click "Return items".
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return, choose a reason, and submit your request.
- We'll review it and follow up with next steps.

Product & Care
What is the best way to care for my new purchase?
All apparel products can be machine washed in cold water.
You may tumble dry low or hang / lay flat to dry. Since our garments dry rather quickly, we suggest air dry to preserve the garments longevity. Machine drying can be abrasive and shorten garments lifespans.
Most spills can be surface cleaned damp cloth between washes.
Where are your garments designed and manufactured?
Our apparel garments are designed and manufactured in the United States from imported materials. See our materials page to learn more about our fabrics and where we source from.
Our accessories are sourced from expert creators and makers across the globe.
What are your sustainability practices?
We take a sensible sourcing approach, with premium materials built for longevity.
All apparel items are majority natural fiber based (cotton), stabilized by synthetic fibers to ensure easy care and a long lifespan for each garment.
We are also meticulous in adding design and fit features that support this ethos. Stabilizing tacks, secure elastics, fusings, and bindings are added across the assortment to preserve the quality of each garment.
